Partner programme
Refer a client, £30 each. Once, no strings.
For accountants and bookkeepers, and for the organisations British people abroad already trust – estate agents, mortgage and currency brokers, removals firms, advisers and communities. Your clients hold UK companies; every one of their directors now has a Companies House deadline; many of those living abroad cannot use the free route. We are the regulated alternative, and we pay a one-off £30 for every client you send who buys anything.
Accountants and bookkeepers
- Your whole client book, checked. Every director and PSC, verified or not, with the date for each – as a spreadsheet, on demand. Try it now, no sign-up.
- Their HMRC and Companies House post, in one place. A client at Vaulex House can share their HMRC folder with you: your own login, every letter scanned the day it arrives.
- A link your clients can use. Send the ones who cannot use GOV.UK One Login to our verification page with your code; we do the check, tell Companies House and copy you in.
- £30 for each client who buys anything – verification, a Switch, a formation, a virtual office.
Partners with the expat's inbox
- A ready-written piece for your newsletter or client emails: the deadline, who it applies to, and the free checker that shows each person their own company's position.
- A page with your name on it – "Recommended by {your firm}" – that your customers land on from your link.
- £30 for each customer who verifies or takes any other service through your link or code.
- Nothing to build, nothing to pay. A statement on the 1st of each month; you invoice us; paid within 14 days.
How it works
- Sign up below (two minutes). We confirm your email, look you up, and approve you – usually the same working day.
- You get a code and a link. The code goes on our order forms ("Referral or partner code"); the link remembers you for 90 days. Either one credits you.
- Your clients buy; the fee is earned 14 days after they pay (the refund window). On the 1st of the month you get a statement; you invoice us for it; we pay by bank transfer within 14 days once the balance reaches £50.
Questions
- Who decides whether a referred client is taken on?
- We do, every time. We are supervised by HMRC for anti-money-laundering and registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider; every client is risk-assessed and we may decline anyone. A declined client earns no fee, and you will never be asked to vouch for one.
- What counts as a referral?
- A client who types your code on an order form, arrives through your link within 90 days of clicking it, or names you when we ask how they heard of us – whichever happens first. First touch wins; a client already referred by someone else stays theirs.
- How are you allowed to contact your customers about this?
- Through the channels you already use with their consent – your newsletter, your client emails, your website. The terms rule out cold email or SMS to individuals and bidding on our name in adverts.
- Can I say my clients will be verified?
- No – and you do not need to. Say what is true: we are the regulated route for people the GOV.UK app turns away, we check documents properly, and it takes three working days.
- Can an accountant take the fee as a credit instead?
- Yes – tell us and we credit it against your own Vaulex services.
