Zak Ali

Founder of Vaulex Group Ltd, a UK company service provider based at Vaulex House in Penarth, South Wales. Vaulex Group is registered with Companies House as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (AP021384) – one of the agents the law allows to verify a director's identity – and is supervised by HM Revenue & Customs for anti-money-laundering purposes as a Trust or Company Service Provider (XLML00000218127). Before Vaulex he spent nearly twenty years in web and digital: managing director of a website design and SEO agency, a Google Premier Partner since 2008, and the founder of an e-commerce food brand that he took through Amazon's own seller address and identity checks – which is where the idea for a registered office that scans every letter the day it arrives came from. He runs UKBOX Ltd, a web hosting and IT company, alongside Vaulex Group.
